The conference room at Hotel Natura is a synonym of a perfectly organized business space. It is used in particular for the organization of such company meetings as training sessions, presentations, long-term conferences, workshops or also seminars or job interviews.
Depending on the arrangement of the chairs and tables that are, of course, the equipment of the room, we are able to accommodate a maximum of 40 people participating in the meeting. The size of this room is just over 60 m2 of usable space. The rectangular form of the room with dimensions of 12 x 5 meters makes the room easy to arrange and regardless of the furnishing configuration, it will in any case accommodate a significant number of guests.
Our conference room has been equipped with high-quality audiovisual equipment enabling the presentation for all kinds of multimedia and free wireless Internet.
Depending on the characteristics of the meeting planned here, the room can be adapted to your needs in terms of the arrangement of tables and chairs. We can also offer a gastronomic setting for events, including coffee breaks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared in our Natura Cafe restaurant. The rented conference room can also be equipped with a coffee buffet offering not only hot and cold drinks, but also small finger goods snacks. The hall’s advantage is its complete blackout and very good soundproofing.
One of the most frequently chosen chair arrangements in a conference room is the chamber arrangement. In particular, it favors such forms of meetings as workshops, meetings, business negotiations and company meetings. Perfect for groups of no more than 24 people.
The theater arrangement is a form chosen by business clients most often for the purposes of organizing product and company presentations, training sessions and typical conferences. In this arrangement, for comfortable use, our room is able to comfortably accommodate 40 people.
Due to the smallest number of guests, the school arrangement is the least chosen form by our clients. In this case, the maximum number is 10 people – together with the meeting leader. The layout of the tables, however, allows for comfortable use of notebooks, laptops or other media carriers, thanks to which the organization of such meetings only benefits from their specificity.
The conference room is one of the largest publicly accessible rooms in our Hotel. It is almost 60 m2 of usable space that can easily accommodate up to 36 people. Wide tables and comfortable, upholstered chairs allow you to carry out multi-hour group meetings, such as conferences, training sessions, workshops or even seminars or business presentations in unprecedented comfort.
The room is completely isolated from the rest of the public areas in our facility, which is conducive to maintaining special silence and intimacy. The room is equipped with a professional multimedia projector with a 120-inch projection screen, a flipboard on a tripod and a high-quality coffee maker. Additionally, you will find here a set of 50 sets of ceramic tableware necessary for the cheese buffet. Importantly, all the above-mentioned elements of our business space equipment are available exclusively for business guests and are included in the previously agreed rental price of the conference room.
